Nice atmosphere. Very friendly service. Carne asada was tasty (although it was thin). They lost a star for their salsa. It was very thin and tasted like spicy ketchup (exaggerating slightly). A little on the pricey side. About $12 for a dinner plate.

Great food, fast service

The food here is always very good. I enjoy spicy foods, and the hot sauce here is excellent. The warm chips and salsa are perfectly crispy with just the right hit of salt. Service is always quick and friendly and never disappoints.

Nice, friendly and comfortable. Good food served with a smile and a cold beer helped. They presently lack salads on the menu.

You’ll be greeted with smiles, chips, salsa, and waters appear moments from being seated, orders are taken quickly and you get your food hot, fresh, and delicious. I have and will continue to frequent this establishment, recommend that others do the same!

A group of six of us visited yesterday for dinner. My boyfriend’s family has been going to their restaurant for years and now I know why! The service was prompt and polite. The food was authentic and delicious. The portions were generous - for both food and drinks - and the pricing is extremely reasonable. I can’t wait to go back!

Good food and a lot of it. Chips and salsa before the meal. Refills on drinks almost before you are done with the first. The staff are always friendly. I have never had a bad experience here!

Great food nice people good prices

Horrible service. Bland food. Won’t be back. Amigos is better, don’t waste your time, money, or appetite. Drove over 40 mins to eat here based on online reviews... assume most of these people haven’t left Crete... Dirty tables, servers didn’t care, exposed electrical boxes hanging from the ceiling. So many better Mexican places. Plan to stay 1.5 hours for a bland nacho plate and no flavor soft taco. Ugh. Disappointed.

Always fresh, actually hot (in Temperature) when it reaches the table. Exceptional friendliness...."feels like walking into mom's kitchen". Without a doubt one of the very few best restaurants in Crete, NE.

My favorite place to eat!

I'm giving this 4 stars because it's in a small town and there are not a lot of options for food. That being said, the food was good and what I would expect to find in a larger city. The portions are large. I recommend the bean dip! I would eat here again.

I love Cristina's Family Restaurant. It is always delicious and very clean. The people who work there are always very nice. Anyway you have to eat there.

Decent Mexican food

Love their tostadas, Fresh chips & salsa, hard shell tacos & The staff is friendly and service was fast. Real brewed ice tea. 😋 a nice friendly atmosphere.

Great restaurant, great food, but not a lot of options for someone allergic to peppers. Waitstaff was also very helpful to pointing out which foods were best.

Really good food but i felt as if it was more Americanized rather then authentic. I do love the guacamole they make! And my dish had diced tomatoes on top which i love veggies but was served with 2- quarter inch of tomatoe which i don't see y they put 2 pcs on whole plate.

Love love love it!! Stopped to get a bite to eat after my daughter's game and she chose the soft chicken taquitos!! They were sooo delicious! The flavor, the tenderness, the size was just great! My daughter thanked me the whole way home!! We will be going back!! Also the staff is wonderful!!! Yum!!
